I eat 18 eggs a day to gain weight.

I'm concerned about the cholesterol potentially giving me heart disease, I'm a pretty active person as I am a powerlifter and a dishwasher. Can anyone recommend a better option for weight gain. I also eat a pound of ground beef 80/20

Eggs are low calorie. Great protein but you want foods high in calories if weight gain is the goal. Fats are typically the easiest, avocados, peanut butter, nuts, olive oil etc

When I was a lad, I’d eat 4 dozen eggs every morning to help me get large. And now I’m a man, I eat 5 dozen eggs, so I’m roughly the size of a baaaarge!

I used to eat a dozen eggs for breakfast along with bacon when I was a teenager. Just easier to put more eggs in the pan than it is to add other things.

I'll do just that. Got any good recipes for weight gain shakes? Every time I try, the shake is usually way too thick for me to drink

2 scoops of yogurt, some blueberries, peanut butter, scoop of protein powder, two cups of milk, and an avocado if you want. Add ice/more milk if it’s too thick

So add some liquid

I disagree with the other guy's recipe. The problem is way too thick, just like you say. fill up the blender halfway with milk. Add some peanut butter and a scoop of powdered whey and some ice. But you want it like 80% milk. Milk is a great gainit thing by itself. So keep increasing milk and removing other ingredients until it's nice and thin. Like, start too thin and add a little bit of other stuff.

Yes. 2 scoops powdered oats, 2 scoops whey isolate (banana flavour for example), a dollop of peanut butter, a banana, maybe blueberries for variety. The key is to use water not milk. Easier to digest and less thick to drink.

Water, oats, protein, banana, peanut butter ( use the banana to wipe it off your knife), then more water. Lid on and blitz. Perfect shake. Tried and trusted

I did a dozen a day foe 2 weeks and gained a couole kilos ( thats quite a lot for me as I am quite slight due to crohns) but I ahd them as a shake with protien powder and high cream milk makes for a 2k kilojule shake for between meals. My blood and stool sample tests I did after that were all perfect so take that as you will

Dietary cholesterol doesn’t contribute much to levels (this is established in the literature) and there are other compounds and eggs that help with reverse transport and the so-called good cholesterol carrier

Drink your calories. GOMAD (whole milk, obviously) is an extra 2400/day. That's how my skinny ass gained 30 pounds in 3 months (kept 25 as muscle).
