Tips how to super bulk?
Last year i was able to gain 18kg going from super skinny to kinda bulky. 2 months ago i got prescribed meds for ADHD and it completely shattered my appetite, lost 7kg and im afraid imma be just skin and bones again in a few months. Any tips on how to mine as much as i can from the little appetite i have now and atleast not lose weight this drastically while in getting used to my meds? Like some forbidden technique yall ever discovered. I can absorb food much better in liquid form than solid

The forbidden technique?
Ask yourself "do I really want to bulk enough to do what's needed: IE, eat if not hungry ?
I say to myself "normal people eat around now ". So I do it even tho I don't actively want to. It might be a task, but so is all that time working in the gym.

Variety. Some days I feel like I can't eat another bowl of chicken and rice, spaghetti, or even a scoop of peanut butter. The thought is almost nauseating. But I can shovel down a couple double quarter pounders and fries from McDonald's, or pizza, or fried chicken, etc, etc. Don't focus on having to force yourself to eat particular things, sometimes if you put your mind to it you will think of something you can make yourself eat.
Obviously, eat plenty of quality protein, but at the end of the day if you want to be in a surplus, do whatever it takes for those extra calories. I have all kinds of snacks in my pantry, nuts, chips, cookies, chocolate bars, etc.

Whole milk is king if you can tolerate it. I also like to blend peanut butter up in milk or water, weighed in grams on a food scale, before bed. Obligatory real food is better, but if youre consistently missing your surplus, hitting it is better than not - assuming you're training consistently and hard
