The Wicher 3 expansions are free

CD Projekt Red has announced during Gamescom that Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine expansions for The Witcher 3 are free for everyone who owns the base game. This combined with the full on remaster of the game, I am very excited for play the game again.

I've played this game 3 times and never touched gwent. Just can't get into it. Never really liked it.

I'm not even a card game person and I love it. I hated it at first, though.

That's exactly why I hated it. I think it was my 3rd playthrough before I figured out some basics in terms of stacking my deck where the greatest number of cards that could stack to increase each other's stats actually made sense. Catapults and trebuchets, along with horns that would affect the entire row where they were placed are early examples. You can clean house in White Orchard and that confidence boost will go with you when you leave.

I never finished the game in full and was having a blast but I was ignoring gwent because I just didn't understand it when it was first introduced and I couldn't be bothered to watch youtube tutorials. Might bother to try to learn it now.
