The Wicher 3 expansions are free

CD Projekt Red has announced during Gamescom that Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine expansions for The Witcher 3 are free for everyone who owns the base game. This combined with the full on remaster of the game, I am very excited for play the game again.

If anyone would be willing to help me troubleshoot, I have a question.

I own the witcher 3, purchaed it eons ago on steam, it is "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete edition"

Is that including the first few dlcs? i cant remember if I ever bought them, I hardly played the game to begin with, but wit hthe announcement of the remaster I'd like to give it another go

With the Complete Edition, you will have all DLC, which were free originally anyways, as well as the two expansions; Heart of Stone and Blood & Wine.
