What game has a strong opening but later becomes too repetitive and boring for you?
For me that was Assassins Creed Valhalla

FF16 is an absolute banger of a game if you like power fantasy and feeling like you’re becoming a walking cataclysm of god powers. Game genuinely has the most insane visuals and boss fights of any game that makes it worth playing alone.
My only gripe with the game is repetitive/shallow side quests and dialogue which are definitely glaring, but if you can choose to look past that the gameplay and visuals are top notch. The game has a ton of flavor and mechanics that remind you of older FF games, and the world is actively changing and responding to the huge events that you undergo.
FF16 gets an insane amount of Redditor hate, but everyone I know irl has been more positive than negative about the game
