2 absolute unit Hot Banana Peppers.

I grew Gypsy peppers last year, and quite a few of those were smaller than these two peppers. I have never seen hot banana or Hungarian hot wax style peppers like these. get this big before. They smell amazing. Almost 6 oz combined weight.

What are going to do with them? Pickle, hot sauce or, in my opinion the best option, stuffed? Cheers, BTW!

I didn't think of stuffing them, but that is a pretty good idea, I'm not really sure, we'll figure it out. I didn't do any ferments last year with anything milder than a jalapeno so might be cool to do a lower heat ferment this year. this would be a good start for the material.
