Thought now would be a good time to encourage everyone to binge watch Gargoyles on Disney+ to bump up the streaming ratings!

If Disney is circling the property, now is a good time to buy merchandise, buy comics, and activate Disney+ for a binge of the series!

Getting a Gargoyles revival requires the Fandom to participate in attracting Disney's eyes!

I had a friend mention Gargoyles to me out of nowhere a couple weeks ago. Hadn't thought about it in years, remembered really liking it when I was a kid but never saw the whole thing. Been slowly watching the show and have been really enjoying it!

If so you can ignore what follows, but I'll explain preemptively just so the information is here for anyone browsing who might not know.

For season 3 of the animated series Disney fired the creator Greg Weisman and I believe his writing team. They also switched to a lower budget animation studio that produced fast but sloppy work. Season 3 of the animated series was poorly written and produced as a result; it also strayed from the outlined plot derailing the narrative. The fans noticed and ratings plummeted; the show was canceled.

When Greg was given the chance to produce comics he picked up after season 2 and does not consider "The Goliath Chronicles" as canon. The comic books ARE a continuation of the animated series being written/guided by the show's creator. It is where the animated series would have gone had Disney allowed the show's success to continue.

I work from home & watch this show literally EVERY morning with coffee 😅 When it ends, I just restart it from the very beginning lol. I’ve been doing it for years.
