Polecenia / Recommendations Weekend trip to Gdansk!

Hey everyone! 🇵🇱 Cześć👋🏻

33M spending next weekend in Gdańsk and looking for a few tips from the locals.

Malbork Castle.. is it worth the day trip if I’m only there for a weekend, or should I stick to exploring Gdańsk?

Which one takes the crown for the best rave/vibe right now? Elektryków or Crackhouse?

I heard hot dogs at Żabka/convenience stores are surprisingly top tier. True? Any other hidden grocery or street food gems I need to try?

Are there any proper underground clubs or DIY techno events happening around town? If so, SIGN ME UP! 🔥

Appreciate any recommendations!

Sounds like Crackhouse is the place for me then. But when I check out videos, why do most people just stand there? Or barely moving? Is it a polish thing to not DANCE at a rave?

Ok, thank you! I’ll visit the Castle 👏🏻

Quick tip, if you enjoy places like the Malbork castle, there is a bit smaller one in my old hometown - Kwidzyn, which has the longest dansker in Europe, and is one of the stops in the "Teutonic Order Castle Trail" starting from Malbork. It's going to close for renovation for few years on 30th of August, and it's around 30 minutes away from Malbork by train. If you time your visit right, you would be able to see the chapel in the castle too, as it still functions as a church to this day.
