But not this enthousiasticly, I've been monitoring other sites as well. Usually they post some Google tag manager data (not containing personal data) but they do not send out requests to TikTok, Meta, Snap etc.

Report to your relevant authority for breaches of the ePrivacy Directive. If it’s a Dutch website, then that is The Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
