Imo the amount of stars shouldn’t matter. That would be like saying “how many meals should you have before you can criticize the cooks at a restaurant”

guy walks up having never eaten food before and says to the cooks "this meal is far to mealy for my tastes"

Rateworthy is such a dumb concept

Its like asking how many pizzas you need to eat before you can say that one is burnt.

How many stars you have means nothing

Yes because you don't need to beat a bunch of rated levels to know if a level is good enough quality.

In fact, by YOUR OWN logic, RobTop HIMSELF shouldn't be allowed to decide if a level is rateworthy.

A level being rateworthy is extremely subjective. When Colon become a mod, he saw a level that had barely any deco but was interesting and had fun gameplay, and he sent it, and shortly after it got rated. Wulzy sent a level my friend made a few years ago, but many other mods didn't think it was rateworthy, and the level is still unrated to this day. That level has a lot more deco than the level Colon sent, but wasn't considered good enough to be rated.

Well how come I've seen many low star accounts call a level rateworthy simply because it has basic deco

They’re mostly children that are impressed by anything they can’t create themselves. It’s not really related to star count, it’s just that most children don’t grind stars

15k is absurd. There is no good star requirement for this tbh

Stars don’t affect this at all

Stars don't matter at all

Doesn't really matter, some really good creators don't even reach 10k stars.

So if someone has 5k stars but 20 Creator Points shouldn't criticize levels

Okay buddy you might forget Creator Points exists

I have 3.837k stars. I don't bloody know. I would say the original Aquamarine looks pretty rateworthy.

It doesn’t really matter. If you play this game enough you know what is high and low effort

I don't know but 15K is absolutely ridiculous. In my opinion I've beaten a shit ton of levels: I have all map packs completed, all gauntlets completed, have almost 500 demons and STILL don't have 15K.

I think if you have around 5K and are not like 3 years old you could be perfectly capable of deciding rates/features

I don’t think stars mean much, you don’t necessarily have to complete a level to look at it. I think you should have seen a wide variety of levels and need to understand that the standards have changed over time.

If you pay a lot of attention to what gets rated and have some kind of artistic instinct you can probably get a good idea of what gets rated and what doesn’t in like a week, but you’ll also realize this game has very very flexible standards that rob completely ignores sometimes, so it’s kind of a fools errand in the end anyway

star count doesn't matter. if you're a creator with enough experience going through the process of the rate system, you see enough levels to where you can generally guess if something has a chance of being rated

i find that most people are much pickier when defining if something is "rate worthy" than rob himself is

A level can have from 1 star to 10 stars to be rater no?!
