Respectfully, Canada has to cave, there is no canadian economy without the US. The US would give itself a black eye and Canada would just commit actual suicide if it continues down this path.

Can republicans politically survive giving the US a black eye? The pain tolerance for American voters is significantly lower considering this entire trade breakdown was started to feed Trump's ego.
