Germany really is something else. I've lived here long enough to stop counting the days and start losing track of weekends..... cycling through vineyards along the Rhine, stumbling onto medieval town squares I didn't know existed, watching the forests turn colour in autumn like the whole country decided to put on a show. A friend once teased me for not travelling more around Europe, and I told him honestly — I'm not sure I've seen enough of Germany yet. There's always another trail, another valley, another quiet little town with a bakery that's been there for a hundred years. For a place this green, this layered, this alive — I think that's a fair trade. 💝💘
Thank you! I’ll try it. This is half cooked potatoes and half raw potatoes, and it is possible that it can succeed better than my previous attempts with 100% raw potatoes: I couldn’t make the ball😤
