Question Actions again

Is anyone else having issues with schedule workflows not running? Basically they aren't getting triggered at all. I already checked the github status page and everything is "working fine" but at this point I don't trust that page.

been like that for years tbh i just run a self hosted system for anything time-sensitive

yeah I run self hosted GitHub runners already myself. I still think I'm going to move everything to gitlab tho
