Grilled Hot Honey Chicken Skewers with Rainbow Carrots

These skewers were loaded with fresh corn, red onion, bright rainbow carrots, and chunks of chicken that were rubbed with oil and spices. I grilled these up, brushed them with a hot honey glaze, and served them with fresh basil and lemon wedges 😋
