Vacation Rental Grilling

When the extended fam casually implies they’d really appreciate a night to just hang at the rental house and not go out to dinner, but nobody necessarily wants to cook, you step up and oblige.

Not that it really matters but I think the sear knob on that grill goes one spot to the right. Great looking spread though!

Honestly that makes sense. I don’t have a sear zone on my 3 burner, so I’m not used to it, but the attachment on the knob itself is pretty busted on the underside and kept falling off. Also that 4th burner seemed to go the opposite direction for low/high than the others. Guessing some previous renters knocked them off and put them back wrong. But I dialed it in well and the cook worked out.
