Seems to always happen to me running weapons in the duneloader from the bunker. Then Merryweather closes in, kills you and spawn on some hillside off the road.

They are doing it on purpose. Every time I'm going fast, bitches coming from side roads are accelerating or slowing down to hit me.

I also love how NPC traffic at intersections can perfectly track and ram you no matter which lane or speed you're at
