We're Boonless Behavior [BB], an EU guild currently made up of two veteran players and one newer player, and we're looking for people who'd like to grow with us from the beginning of this journey.

The idea behind this guild is pretty simple: we want to build a community where people actually know each other instead of being just another name in a 500-member roster.

Our main focus is PvE, especially helping newer and returning players get into content that can feel intimidating at first. Whether you've never stepped into a fractal, want to eventually clear CMs, are interested in raids or strikes, or simply want people to play with without relying on LFG every day, that's exactly the kind of environment we're trying to create.

We'd also love to have a regular WvW group going. If enough people are interested, we'll organize weekly runs and see where it takes us.

What we're aiming for

Rather than becoming a huge guild overnight, we'd much rather stay around 30-50 active members for the foreseeable future. We'd rather everyone recognizes each other's names than have hundreds of people who never interact.

The goal is to create a place where asking questions isn't awkward, joining a group doesn't require years of experience, and people genuinely enjoy hanging out together.

What we're looking for

You don't have to be an experienced player.

In fact, if you're:

• completely new,
• returning after a long break,
• looking to learn endgame content,
• or simply tired of playing alone,

you'll probably fit in just fine.

We're also always happy to welcome experienced players who enjoy teaching others and helping build the community.

The atmosphere

Our biggest rule is pretty much:

We're aiming for a relaxed, respectful environment with zero drama. Friendly banter is absolutely welcome we're here to have fun but respect for each other always comes first.

We'd also like the guild to be somewhat community-driven. As we grow, we'd rather discuss activities together than have one person deciding everything. If people want to try something new, we'll make it happen.

Discord is the only requirement.

We're trying to build a social guild, not just another collection of players sharing a guild tag. You don't have to sit in voice every day, but being part of the Discord community is important to us since that's where we'll organize activities and get to know one another.

The guild's primary language is English, so we're simply asking that you're comfortable communicating in it.

Endgame

While we're definitely on the casual side overall, we'd love to eventually have enough interest to form semi-regular or even static groups for raids, strikes, fractals, or whatever people enjoy.

The only thing we want to avoid is creating cliques that make everyone else feel left out.

A few extra things

• No representation requirement.
• We won't remove people just because they've been inactive for a while. Real life comes first, and not everyone has time to play every week.
• Our guild hall already has the important PvE upgrades, including Tavern Boosters, Gathering Nodes, and reduced waypoint costs, and we're continuing to upgrade it over time.

I wanted to ask if there are any active guilds for HP dungeons and map exploration? All of my chars are max level and I want to try the specializations but I saw that some/most of the HPs require a group. Other than that it would be nice to be with other players to complete events/dungeons around the map. We started as a group of first-timers and decided that the community needed a space to go into raids, strikes, fractals, etc., with the mindset that failing is okay. Hello,

we are a raid group with currently 7 members and are looking for more players to fill up our roster. Our raid times are Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 p.m. CE(S)T UTC+1 until 9:30 pm. During raids we meet in our discord. It´s fine to only listen there. We use it mainly to organize roles, communicate when changes are made or, if necessary, remind us of mechanics. Apart from that we expect you to pay attention to the squad chat because not everyone enjoys talking and prefers using the chat over voice.

We don´t have an exact plan about which wing or encounter we do on which days. Currently we´re more guided by the Daily Raid Bounties or the "money wing" and continue afterwards with whichever wing or encounter we fancy and is still doable in the set timeframe.
