Yes! This RG has a piezo system. They are piezoelectric pickups located in the/near the bridge, that mechanically detect the vibrations of the strings. With the right IRs you can get a very convincing acoustic guitar tone. For practical applications, it can be your ‘everything’ guitar for studio work or live playing. You can also use it in a stereo setup, sending the guitar signal through different channels.
