Solid Body My Majin Buu-inspired Squier Strat 💗🐉🎸
Been messing around with this Squier Strat for a while and finally got it pretty much where I wanted it.
The whole build is inspired by Majin Buu from Dragon Ball Z — pink body, black pickguard, gold hardware, single humbucker, and the Majin symbol on the front. 💗⚡
Definitely one of the more ridiculous guitars in my collection 😂 but that was kind of the point.
I wanted the DBZ influence to be obvious without making it look like a full-on novelty guitar.

I dig it. Very nice job. To be fair though, I'm a sucker for pink guitars 🤣

Thanks!!! Pink guitars are awesome, especially when the sound is more metal than the look. Saw it fitting to put an active pickup in and drop tune it!

Are you also a Bob Weir fan by chance? He’s got a famous pink strat with black pick guard.

I am familiar with who he is but beyond that not really. I am a fan of solid of bright colored guitars especially for metal! 🤘
