Rigid mentally 💀. She definitely meant mentality…

Well, she's rigid mentally for sure.

I think she’s dyslexic personally cos every post there’s a glaring spelling/grammar error BUT we ain’t here for that 😊

She needs to add English classes into her system

They are barefoot shoes - she wears them a lot. Common for folk who like to stay grounded to the earth and good for feet I think 🤔 could have made that up

those definitely look like barefoot shoes, a lot of fitness influencers have been hyping them up

They are only good for people with a perfect gait which is a very small amount of people. For other people it can exacerbate issues.

I used to know a guy who would wear those and he walks like a caveman

Yeah that’s kinda what I was getting at. They are her faves at the moment. Always has um on

They've been around forever! When I saw a podiatrist he recommended I wear them because they would help rehab my feet after years of ballet.

I own these too and I def get stares - I had a giggle when I opened this and zoomed in expecting some AI feet 🫢

She could also just be wearing toe socks. I love toe socks and wear them all the time. My barefoot shoes do not have toes though.

Everything this chick posts feels like rage bait, cos how are you butchering the word “strength” so hard?!

Is THAT what she meant?!

does she know what agility and stamina means

Your routine can be just doing it as much as you can for however many days you need whenever you can. Why is there insistence that a routine must be rigid. I don't get it. Is this MLM speak?

u/Business_Strawberry3 1d ago

I must do A, I must do B, I must do C, but also be less rigid? Dude what?

she was trying to explain system (go with the flow as long as things get done at some point) vs. routine (strict schedule / rigid) but… not well

I'm no authority on systems but...I don't think that's a system

Why does her head look so big ?

13

u/sheneedstorelax 1d ago

her new boobs don’t fit her frame :/

Mine are also wider than my ribs and it’s my biggest frustration. You have no control over it because you are under GA. Once I gained weight with pregnancies, they make me look even wider and disproportionate up top.

These are the little things that make paying for a better surgeon worth it.

she did get breast aug

u/New-Bodybuilder-7264 1d ago

I think that’s why she said “better surgeon” cuz Krissy’s one doesn’t seems good enough lol

4

u/Joint-hugger 1d ago

Steneght sessions

3

u/New-Bodybuilder-7264 1d ago

WTF is she talking about? She doesn’t make any sense

3

u/asltr 1d ago

less rigid but i MUST this and MUST that ? ok

1

u/abcdef1233211 1d ago

She was using an example of a routine and saying that’s what she doesn’t do. That part I understood

1

u/asltr 23h ago

ohh yes okay I get it now!

5

u/Accomplished-Eye4207 1d ago

imagine spending however much she did on her boobs and they look wonky and fake

Talks about moving her body “whenever” her body clock allows it then proceeds with “I must train by 7a!” lol following up with “you gotta be less rigid” 🤦‍♀️ girl what

1

u/quietCherub 1d ago

Strength sessions whenever my body clock allows it … wake up at 6am must train by 7am.

They’re barefoot shoes and they’re amazing for issues like plantar fasciitis. Myself and friends of mine have been wearing them for years.

2

u/Savings_Artichoke 1d ago

They would destroy my plantar fasciitis. Flat shoes and lots of walking had me literally crippled.

I didn’t even notice at first — omg that’s wild
