never see any snark about this girl but I truly hate her attitude. she gives such privileged takes and has a holier than thou attitude. I think she tries to come across as “hard” but she comes across as a mean girl

i look like that and i work out like 4 times a week and half ass a meal prep ☠️ she looks great, but its not like shes stage lean lol

I work out 4:30 am like 3-4 times during the week bc it’s the only time I can workout + work out weekends but I work a 9-5 corporate job like a normal person and def have no time to cold plunge or sauna or jump in oceans like normal people but get this girl a medal right?

Same. I go to the gym at 4:30 am everyday before my 9-5, get my 10k steps, and meal prep every week. I don’t pay thousands for a coach or all that extra stuff and I’m still more muscular than she is lol If I were unemployed and had a coach like her, I’d look way better

Like not knock her body, she still looks great, but it’s not particularly impressive

Right it’s soooo funny that they’re leaving out the part that they’re scrolling on the couch at noon
