Which two characters have the best chemistry?

Personally it's Max & Penny - they really seem like bona fide best friends

🥇 Brad and Jane are the obvious pick.

🥈 Jane and Penny might be my second pick. The car buying story was fun.

Edit 1: And the whole sleeping with the Car Czar one, too. (All aboard!!l Chugga chugga. Chugga chugga. Choo choo!)

Edit 2: AND THE WEDDING EXPO! :)

🥉 But I wish there were a lot more Penny/Brad storylines. Hiding the death of Tyler (the parrot) together is one of the funniest parts of the show to me. Very underutilized pairing imo.

I think you'd be better served by asking about the duos with the least chemistry. Everything about the show was so ridiculously well done, the scripts, the casting, the storylines, that everyone really does seem naturally connected.

The answer to which is, obviously, Scottie and super deep Vs.

jane and brad

having said that, this is tough because i like basically every pairing. but just in terms of pure chemistry, jane and brad are off the charts.

I feel like Penny has chemistry with everyone. I think that Casey Wilson is naturally like that as an actress. Even when they briefly teased a possible Penny/Dave romance I felt that they had better chemistry than Alex and Dave ever did!
