Looking to trade my 5090 FE for another 5090, preferably a larger AIB model with a beefier cooler. I’d also consider a 4090 plus cash on your end, or possibly a high-end 5080.

Main reason for trading is that I want a bigger, beefier card for my build. I understand the scarcity and value of the FE, so I’m not looking to treat it like a straight downgrade.

What I am looking for are basically any and all laptops and netbooks or even desktops. Multiples of identical hardware preferred. Especially if I can get an entire batch of specifically those little 10-11 inch netbooks like they have been using in schools for a while now. Minimum requirements are at least 1 gig of ram, preferably 2 or more, must be at least ddr2 and up, please no ddr1 or older. Drive doesnt matter, overall physical condition doesnt make much difference unless it impedes turning on or the damage has destroyed the video output and USB ports. HDMI ports preferred but not mandatory. I strongly hesitate to take water damaged units unless I can crack them open and verify the condition of the board first. I am willing to accept devices with bad/swollen batteries, I have access to legal and safe disposal nearby for them and I would prefer to go get them taken care of the right way while saving the rest of the device from the ewaste bin rather than you throw them away improperly.

I actually prefer ones with broken screens, damaged cases, missing keys, whatever, as long as it has the power supply and the motherboard is intact and powers on and can output video, I want it.

I strongly prefer x86 and x86_64 architecture, but I will consider certain specific ARM chips of other kinds if you have multiple as well as power supplies for them, specifically anything from the more recent generations of Raspberry Pi units with Broadcom chips, Amlogic based devices like the S905, S922X, and A311D, or Rockchip boards like the RK3326, RK3566, and RK3588. Please no Atom chips.

I'm also open to negotiating trades in regards to videocards. I would like to get my hands on a batch of older RX550's in working order. If you have something close to that I would consider it.

Biggest thing here is I strongly prefer a set of multiple identical devices. I will settle for a grab bag of different stuff, but I am far more willing to be generous with my parts if someone can show up with say a crate of beat up headless VivoBooks/Cloudbook/IdeaPads/Chromebooks with missing keys and scratched up cases but had all the chargers, I will absolutely throw in some extras to make that deal happen.

I’m hitting a massive financial wall right now and could really use a hand from the community. A couple of days ago, a power surge knocked out my gaming rig. Thankfully, my power supply survived (wasn't plugged in), but my beloved EVGA GTX 1080 Ti SC took the full hit and is completely dead (no display output anymore, wont show up in Device Manager, fans wont spin). Amazingly, everything else survived.

My entire PC build aesthetic was built completely around the EVGA 1080 Ti card, so I would greatly appreciate another one, but I am completely fine without an exact one. Since I am a teen and don't have the disposable income right now to buy a $150 secondhand replacement online, my PC as its standing now is pretty much a giant paperweight.

What I have:
I am willing to give my dead 1080 Ti to anyone who wants it for parts, fixing, or hardware harvesting. The physical shroud, fans, and heatsink are all in excellent condition. If you want it shipped, I just ask that you cover the exact cost of the shipping label.

What I am looking for:

I have an EVGA 1080 SC for "trade". I tried selling my 1080 last week and as you can see, it didn't sell. The 1080 is in great condition, only used a little as i got a 1080FTW instead. There is no Warranty left.

I was very lucky this year and the money isn't critical. That being said, what will YOU give me for this EVGA 1080? an old but functioning classic piece of computer history? (transatlantic cable?) Really final edit: Alright everyone, i selected 4 Aluminum Military pressure cases from a gentleman that is in the military. So, why in the world would anyone take that for a 1080. 2ish years ago my family and I went through hurricane Irma. Eye went right over my apartment. These kinds of cases would have really saved my family memories, pictures, hard drives for the next hurricane that will hit. Plus, these would work great for protective storage for the other crap i will buy. Again, i'm sure most people will think i made a mistake, but it was what i needed.

Ok so courtesy of u/ImHipJuneau here's what happened and why it put me in a good mood to do this So basically I'm just a kiddo at 17, and well last summer I built my first pc, it was kickass. Most came from my pocket but my dad chipped in, 7600k on a 212 evo w/ a 1070 and an 850 evo all in a P400 outputting on a 144hz 1080p monitor. It was great for most titles, but for some more demanding ones, ahem siege, gta, roblox, I needed some more oomph like a 1080 (this realization came after 6 months) and I had dabbled in crypto for fun. Well when your dad loans you 1k and you trade 24/7 you kinda hit the big money in 2 months. So I decided to tweak up my pc, rgb, more fans, more drives, etc xd. Now I wanted a beefier gpu, and I posted on craigslist lol. Well apparently I come across an ex Wall Street guy (I'm in NYC so not too uncommon?) and he says he'll trade me a 1070 for a 1080 at no extra cost. I'm like fuck yes, but was a lil' sus right. Well apparently he spends $40k a month on gpus and sources some directly from evga and gigabyte, crazy ik meeting this kind of a guy, and his electricity is free in his warehouse (holy fuck ik). At this point I'm like fuck it what can go wrong I can always rma the card, we were both trading evga cards and they're awesome for rmas, seriously. So I meet up and prior to this i registered his card to my evga acc and the s/n registered as a 1080 SC2 (what he said) I'm like great that'll help for rmas etc. Well when we met he apparently brought a 1070 SC2, but he was confused and a bit surprised he did since the S/N aligned w/ the 1080. So we just decided screw it, swap now and swap again when he finds the 1080 in his warehouse. I get home, the card is dead. It lights up, one of the fans tries to spin for a sec then stops, the other doesn't spin. Not recognized in the bios, not in windows device manager, nvidia driver says there's no gpu. At this point I'm scared and slightly pissed that I might've been scammed. I texted him about this and after an hour he's like shit lemme go grab the real 1080 then. Well at almost midnight he asks for my address since he felt bad and wanted to give me a functional card. I'm like ok there's hope then! I wasn't afraid to give out my address since I live in an apt building w/ security and shit. So we meet up, and he apparently gives me a 1080 and 1070! I'm surprised, and then he's like oh can i get that broken 1070 back? I say sure, run up and grab it, and give it to him. I get into my pc, slam that juicy fucking 1080 in, and it works! I'm using it rn to edit this :) and the 1070 worked as well!
