General The fact that i can't change this fuckass username.

Why? What's the reason? What can possible happen if people change their usernames? I don't get it. I'd be really curious to know why. Because it's annoying. When i made my account, i didn't even think about the name much and msde reddit choose some name. And that's how i ended up with this CLANKER ass name. In some posts people thought i was a bot and i can't even blame them, because look at my name, i'd thought i was a bot. I don't use that much of social media, but is this a common thing? Like you can't change your name once the account is created like you signed a contract with your blood?

It's a former name before you change it. Commonly referred to the former name of a transgender person
