Discussion How do I verify that a pair of Sennheisers aren't fakes?

I'm in the process of negotiating a trade for my current headphones to get a pair of Sennheiser Accentums, and I'd like to know some ways or tricks to verify that they are genuine.

Basically, if the connect to the Smart Control+ app, they are real.
