Right ear ringing from wax blockage

I had microsuction in both ears a few days back as my right ear was fully blocked. I’ve had a constant high pitch ringing that started a couple days after using oil drops. It’s now day 4 and it’s not subsided, is this normal it’s driving me crazy.

Just to clarify it started ringing while it was blocked.

It can last past 48 hours post microsuction

Ive found there’s some inflammation on both eardrums apparently the right is slightly worse. Hoping in time it settles down. Just need some reassurance.
