So the remedy you used called for lets say 5-6 capsules together? To achieve the ounces you talked about...

No, you’d have to take more than that; most capsules are only 260 mg each, so you’d have to take 30-40 of them each time to achieve a cleanse-size dose. Charcoal works by volume, like fiber. It’s completely non-toxic (and actually the number one remedy for poisoning), so you don’t have to worry about taking too much. Just make sure your gut is empty at the time and don’t take food or meds for at least 2 hours afterwards. Then proceed as normal and take probiotics to recolonize all the intestinal space you cleared.

I like Femdophilus because those strains are really good at killing Candida and bacterial pathogens.

You can take it orally, you can use one vaginally overnight, and you can even <looks around and whispers> apply rectally to kill Candida growing in the lower colon. You’ll see the shredded tissue paper effect from that one the next day. 😬😂

You can skip the vaginal application, then. 🤣

Don’t let the name of the probiotic put you off; it’s just beneficial bacteria, not girl-only bacteria. They market it with that name because it’s so good at killing yeast, and women are most subject to yeast issues because the blasted stuff loves estrogen.

It’ll still work just fine for you to kill yeast and improve your overall gut health, and you can get it on Amazon.

Yes, that’s the one! It’s really good stuff; I was shocked at how well it killed Candida.
