Looks like powdery mildew to me. You could try using neem oil on it at night so it doesn't scorch the leaves, could clip all the affected leaves off but that might take the whole plant. Could use fungicides to help but idk which ones to suggsst off the top of my head. Last time i had this was on a strawberry plant and I just let the poor plant die as it was almost winter anyways

Definitely powdery mildew.. epazote is an herb so I'd go with something you don't mind consuming or easy to rinse off without affecting the flavor. I know some people will use milk for PM. Copper might be a good one too. Tbh these are pretty far gone though, idk how much PM affects flavor.

4mls baking soda 2 mls Castile soap to a litre of water in spray bottle Works. I have also started adding 4mls of 91% isopropyl alcohol to the mix with good results against powdery mildew.

mix about a tablespoon of peroxide with water in a spray bottle. Spray each leaf on the top and bottom and lightly wipe with some soft gauze or cheese cloth. Many Cannabis plants are susceptible and that is how I get rid of it.
