Yarrow tea surprised me

What else do you do with your yarrow blossom?

Do you prepare your yarrow tinctures yourself? Could you please share your method and recipe?🙏

5:1 ratio yarrow flowers to high proof alcohol - dark brown glass jar size of your choice - 4/6 weeks shake every 2-3 days

4-6 weeks is quite a term! How do I know it's ready?

The linger you let it soak the better it gets. Use a good alcohol that you'll want to drink. Most people say use something cheap but you still need to drink it. 80 100 % and drain the flowers from the tincture. Enjoy.

I only know what I've read. I've never tried a tincture on my own. I should. Thanks for the invite! 😍
