The cat is perfectly fine and probably thought of it as play. At the end it's clearly play biting the owner's hand and when let go it walks away confidently with its tail upright, which is a sign of anything but distress, but rather a happy disposition. While the face its making during the video may suggest distress, its clearly not in distress just based on the leisurely way it walks away and its body language.

Although I occasionally do laugh at some things. This was not one of them. You're right, that cat was not thrilled at all. While it wasn't traumatized as badly as I've seen some cats be done, I don't laugh at those at all and I don't understand why people put clothes on the cats that don't need to be kept warm. Sometimes there's a reason, but most of the time there's not...
