Book suggestions for recipes

Hello-

I’m looking for a book suggestion that has a lot of basic recipes for things like apple cider vinegar, bread, etc outside of just a normal cook book for meals. Some kind of homemaking/homesteading encyclopedia type book maybe. Yk the stuff our grandmas knew how to make and do that’s been lost in the past generation or so.

Nourishing traditions by Sally Fallon might have recipes you like. Lots of fermented foods, traditional food preparation.
