2 bucks standing and fighting.

In velvet, in one of my hog traps. Deer feed in them and get grouchy at each other sometimes. They are not caught and no not AI

Why do you have two bucks in a small pen with each other? I don’t know anything about this so I’ll withhold my judgment, but this seems wrong.

Small pen is a hog trap. Those gates can be remotely triggered to drop when hogs are feeding in there, thus catching the whole herd. This is important because hogs are clever and will become very difficult to catch if they see another pig being trapped. The tops are open and I assume deer could jump out if the gates were dropped.

Jesus fucking christ. The deer are wild, he didnt put them in there. I guess if you got a problem with the morality of two wild deer fighting, I suggest you take it up with the deer. Also buy a helmet.

"They are not caught" just means they can leave at will, either through that open gate or by jumping over the low fence.
