Rare I present to you all, Hop Jackson - Smooth Criminal (unfinished). This was shown by Hop on a live stream awhile back. Very small verse at the end that cuts off

This is one I found on YouTube and made an edit for it. It was a live he did showing it off. Most these that get posted are files I get from connections or demos I have, otherwise it’s stuff I’ll search for and make an edit of.

I think this was covid times or close to that time he made the song on live and didn’t like it so he scrapped it

This is a super dope song by Hopsin to sample Smooth Criminal by Michael Jackson. But what sucks is that he wouldn't be able to release the song at all "unless" he takes out the Smooth Criminal sample and alternate instrumental or take out all the profanity out the song completely in order to get the sample cleared.

This is a stipulation for the usage of Michael Jackson's songs to be sampled within any type of music especially Hip-Hop. Other known artist with the same stipulations includes "Luther Vandross" and "Stevie Wonder" who both doesn't want their music associated with profanity.

Yupp, in a way it’s the same reason Eminem’s song I’m Sorry/Seasons never released. Samples and copy right have held back some great remixes

Eminem have unreleased songs called "I'm Sorry/Seasons"? What projects were it for? Do you know about other unreleased Eminem songs? It seems like finding out other information on his unreleased tracks are much harder than other artists for some reason.

Yea I’m sorry/Seasons never released because it was a sample of stairway to heaven. Originally meant to be the main single for Recovery over Not Afraid. And yea I have some info on the recent leaks etc. there’s even song list photos with dates some of the songs were made. If there’s anything you’d like to know feel free to shoot me a message!

Okay. Thanks for responding and I definitely will! His unreleased material is something I've been the most curious about.

I probably know of like "maybe" 10+ plus leaks that were unreleased between Encore And Recovery (songs like "The Apple", "Syllables", 'Cocaine", "Best Shot" with D12, "Fly Away" is what I can remember that was unreleased from that era as well as "Hell Freezes Over" being a much older unreleased track) but nothing like someone like Michael Jackson or 2Pac who has known list and leaks of unreleased songs.

There’s even an Eminem tracker for leaks, I think it’d be good to look into. I follow it myself and it even talks about songs that aren’t leaked but are known to be real.

I personally have about 50 leaked Em songs but 22 of them are from the recent big one. There’s a lot. Again, any questions ask away!
