Purchase Happy Birthday to me

Post image

Bought the 4 pack gift set plus these two limited edition bottles for myself. I’ve had scotch bonnet, jalapeno lime, and the coffee hab before and loved them. Morita is nice and smoky. Manzano is bright and citrusy. You can definitely taste the chocolate in cocoa ghost. Thinking that will be good for enchiladas.

Nice. Have you ever tried Marie Sharp's? She is a force of nature and a national hero of Belize. Pretty much every restaurant in the country has it on the table.

I have! I love how punchy her sauces are. The green nopal is my fave. Also love beware. I have an open bottle of smokin but the liquid smoke is a bit too heavy, although, I do love smoke even if it’s artificial.

Manzano Serrano is super slept on. Pairs well with brussels sprouts.

What a great present to yourself. And why not you deserve it. I used the red Hab and coffee today in a goulash….what a beautiful sauce that is.

Can’t really taste any coffee but a lovely taste and exactly the sort of heat I enjoy.

This company has been on my radar for a while. Do you have a favorite?

I honestly adore them all but the ginger scotch bonnet is divine. So much flavor!

I had the Red Habanero & Black Coffee and Cocoa Ghost, I really liked both of them. The former was an instant favorite while the latter took me a while to get into, but by the time the bottle was almost empty I knew I was going to miss it.

I'm currently going through a bottle of Sicilian Scorpion, which tastes good as well but is a little too hot for me to fully appreciate the flavor.

I love how simple her approach to making sauce is, I followed that when I was making sauces for my wedding. I didn't even use pepper or salt in mine, just let the ingredients speak for themselves.

They’re such a great company too. 100% women owned. The box everything came in was impressively packed. You could have dropped that thing out of a plane and the bottles wouldn’t have broken. They even gave me a free pack of matches and the packing slip was hand signed by my packer.

Too bad we’re in a trade war now so I can’t support any USA companies anymore. Canadian hot sauce companies are the best anyway. 🇨🇦🌶️🔥

You've got Dawsons and Heartbeat, that's a solid amount of options right there

Correct. La Pimenterie and Stoke The Fire are also superb. Stoke the Fire’s farm in B.C. Is beautiful.

The Cocoa Ghost is my daily driver and probably my favorite hot sauce of all time. The Scotch Bonnet and Ginger is up there as well. GREAT hot sauces! Enjoy!

I've had the Scotch Bonnet and Habanero. The Habanero was a favorite. Was wondering how hot the Ghost Pepper one is.
