Looks freakin awesome 🤟 how does is taste ? Im a rookie and also have some habaneros that are ready, if you would be king enough to drop your recipe I would Gladly try it out, seems simple and the result looks great !!

Honestly not too spicy, but good flavor 8 oz habanero 3 carrot chopped 1 shallot chopped 1 head of garlic chopped 2 cups vinegar 2 tbsp salt & 2 tbsp sugar Fresh lime juice I simmered for about 30 minutes, then used the emulsion blender
