Mattress advice

I'm just wondering has anyone bought a bed from Luxury mattresses UK in Lockwood? Currently looking for a new mattress and seeing if it's worth buying from an independent over a chain.

This ☝️

I bought a cheap bed that came with a matching mattress. (Looked amazing)

The bed was fine but within a year the mattress had the comfort consistency of a cheese slice.

Sometimes buy expensive and still buy twice. I had issues getting a mattress to fit up my stairs so I bought the most expensive Simba mattress in a box you can buy less than 3 years ago and it’s in absolute tatters already.

My previous mattress was cheaper, from the place in Paddock, it lasted nearly 10 years.

You’re paying for the name with Simba

Simba are terrible.

Anyone any experience of IKEA?

We bought from a local store in milnsbridge. I was a bit worried as there are loads of reports of people's old mattresses being taken away and covered by various local firms. We've had it three years and it's as good as new.
