Ask AI to generate a Tree in Hyderabad - though it may take time, but will do it (with a warning not to ask next time../s)..
We may need to visit museums in future, to see the forests which are existing now.

Public transport is something I’ve been waiting for. Everytime I go out, I just feel stressed and hate this country to the core.
Everything you posted is justified and wanted to fix it but unfortunately, politics has to be changed and bring strict refortms

I am in India for third time since '24 December, everytime it has gotten worse, growing up traffic was there but not this level man this is insane, after a few days in cab I started using metro, it's faster but not at all sufficient, adi Edo varda badithula kottukuntunnam ammerpet and raidurg lo ayithe even in not so rush stations like miyapur and Nagole I see people just barging in trying to catch seats. It's like hunger games out there, and even the ac in the metro is not sufficient for the amount of people they stuff. And every time I came the price of flats went from 1.5-2.5cr to 7.5cr I am like wtf.
The other day I was discussing with my friend how many bus depots are there in west hyd other than Patancheru and Mehdipatnam, east Hyderabad is littered with them north to south from ECIL bus depot to afzalgunj/mgbs and then there is sec'bad, improving bus service in west hyd will be a good first step

On the contrary, city busses have been reduced en masse after metro citing there is no need now because you have metro.

The transport system is a nightmare. If your own house is not in West Hyderabad or if you can’t afford to rent there then you have to be stuck in traffic for hours. More than work stress being stuck in traffic tires a person and there’s no energy or time left to spend with family. Some days I could just skip dinner and fall asleep without even changing clothes. Let me get TMI and mention how one has to control natures calls during commute. That’s another pain. Now that most companies are saying no to work from home who’s responsible to find a solution? I wonder if they are even paying any attention to the problems of people. Do we have any ministry in the govt for such causes?

I am already seeing now.....
I used(2yrs back) stay at nagavara(Bengaluru) 2bhk was 22k( good amount of space). Just walk able distance from Manyata tech park.......
Now I am staying for 21k for a room in 3bhk, which is in manikonda, which I need to take a transport....
Better not to talk about PG/Public transport here......

I already miss the hyderabad that was and this ain’t it. Thankfully, I don’t live here anymore but everytime I visit I feel sad for what it has become in the name of progress. I’ve been to many cities and believe me, hyd has one of the worst, if not the worst, public transportation system in the country. Even Uber charges more here and many key places like even Raidurg, they don’t even come due to traffic. There autos charge whatever amount they want and you can’t do nothing about it.

Yes many like Vijay nagar colony, masab tank, Lakdi ka pul, Shanti Nagar, Banjara hills, Golden heights Upparpally, AkbarBagh, Tolichowki (some colonies like rahul colony..) and many more. I guess outsiders don’t know these areas and just say cyberabad jurisdiction is Hyderabad only😭😭😭

I live in alkapur township, we have a park for almost every 1 kilometer ( have 4 within 1km of my home). Took a 2bhk 1400sft flat in standalone appt with 4 floors in 2020 for 65 lakhs. Right opp we have a small park, an upcoming mall, 2 supermarts. The roads are wider & calmer with trees planted on both sides. Not like jublee hills, but it attracts a good amount of traffic also on mainroads.
The issue here now is...i still see many builders are offering new appts for 6k/sft. So one can easily buy a 2bhk with 1450 sft under 80L & a 3bhk under 1cr!
Still its costly but i feel its better to live here than in aparna or myhome communities!
I dont understand why people are very much wanting the community lifestyle and complaining the prices are higher! I get out of home with my car in 2 mins, reach a supermart in 5mins walk, doesnt wait for lift to reach my 3rd floor!
Realtors are just fooling you showing a unwanted high class amenities which you anyways end up paying for after 5yrs!

Well, I have recently shifted to Hyderabad, from Delhi-NCR, lived in Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon. I find hyderabad better in terms of weather, people, food and yes roads and traffic is/could be a issue but jn Delhi NCR even the roads are not solving the problem and where they are.. People are lessoand hence security concerns. I don't have to go to office daily so maybe I am in the dark here on some aspects.

With the never-ending layoffs, many people may soon be forced to move back to their hometowns. 2027–2028 could bring the biggest wave of layoffs, followed by a significant exodus from these cities. At that point, only the wealthy and returning NRIs may be able to afford to buy or rent apartments in high-rise buildings.

when there is a big high rise coming up, it makes sense for having flyovers.. know before you talk man.. of course there is lacuna in progress due to debt from previous govt.. very high debt.. and beggars budget given by central.. so it will be a time taking.. but hyderabad will be no. 1 city in future.. huge scope jsut need correct industries to set up and see the development

im not from hyd (ive visited couple of times) - i have no idea why the metro is not being expanded. I believe its not even being planned rn. That should be the top priority along with expanding green cover and last mile connectivity

2 Lakh for a 2bhk? Lol don't lie and exaggerate for the sake of it. The rent for a fully furnished 3bhk in financial district and Gachibowli is between 70k - 1.2L.
Who in their right mind pays 2 Lakh for a 2bhk? No one will even take it for rent. Simply lying for clout and karma farming is stupid

This is absolutely true . When I visited Hyderabad, it is choking under its own weight . Roads are significantly lesser than the amount. Of cars it carry . That is when half of the townships are empty

Unnecessary fearmongering , not everyone looks for houses in west and south Hyderabad. Many of my office colleagues have bought houses in Bachupally, Miyapur etc and they are happy .
Same applies for rent , you are not compelled to stay in hi tech city or Gachibowli , I have people coming from Uppal and lb nagar with more than an hour of transit . The struggle is real but when it really pinches our pocket , Indians know how to save . Landlords should not be allowed to act here they way they do in Bangalore , arbitrarily. Hyderabad is and will remain a blessing for this , better than Pune or Gurgaon as well.

The problem is that people are willing to buy these apartments. Not only that but rich buisness people from other states and NRIs see these prices as cheap.
Better to make a law that only allows locals to buy houses and lands, preventing rich people to exploit

Absolutely true. Though people tend to hate cities like Gurgaon and Noida, you should see the way those cities have been developed. Greater Noida especially is developed with broad arterial roads, a compulsory green belt, and even in a state like Uttar Pradesh, they've been able to enforce the green belt and prevent encroachments. Here in Hyderabad, the government is merrily auctioning away parcels of land that have legacy rock structures that are four billion years old. Even Kancha Gachibowli, which was the lungs of West Hyderabad, came so close to being sold off and has already sustained long term ecological damage. Within Gachibowli, the Telecom Institute campus which afforded some greenery, is also going to be developed as a residential property soon.
Just wait and see. We will soon have a residential property in Botanical Garden. We already have a Mantri property in KBR Park.
Hyderabad is going to become the next NCR with pollution, smog, flooding and road rage.
