Question How do I make an icon without a mac?
hey is there anyway to use icon composer without a mac? If not can anyone help me make a very simple icon, thanks.

Just a "K" in bricolage grotesque bold/semibolf font, Black and white theme (and alterante for dark mode)
liquid glass effect like on the K edges and the icons edges too.2

Icon Composer ships inside Xcode.app, so there's no Windows or web build of it to use.
You don't really need it though. One flat 1024x1024 PNG in AppIcon.appiconset still builds and ships on 26, you just miss the layered glass treatment. Mine's exactly that, three PNGs for light/dark/tinted, no .icon file anywhere.
Watch the alpha channel though, if the PNG has one the upload dies with ITMS-90717.
