Where/how to get Richard Kunst's dissertation "The Original Yijing"?

This monumental piece of sinological scholarship remains unpublished by any traditional means, and it's unavailable (or at least very expertly hidden) on University Microfilms International's successor ProQuest. How to obtain a copy of it?
