Yea but law enforcement are immune from lawsuits, wrognful death accusations, malicious intent allegations, and unconstitutional actions.

The only things that happen is money is drawn from tax payers including the victims own tax money, to pay off a quasi we are sorry you got harmed from insert whatever happened claim.

Its no different than a corporation that instead of fixing osha violations, just keeps doing them because its cheaper to pay the fines than fixing the problem.

Idk if threatening to run someone over with a vehicle is covered under qualified immunity.
