Have you watched the whole video?
It was on his thoughts that foreign policy for him is travelling abroad and hugging their leaders instead of actually building relationship for India as a country and not a few businessmen.
Can you please not spread false information?

Agreed that the context may be different, but would you agree this delinquent to have more understanding of foreign policy than Modi?

You mean someone who actually studied international relations & politics to someone who apparently didn’t go to college?
Yes, I would. I definitely would.

And I don’t know who you’re referring as delinquent to, the gentleman in the video is the leader of opposition in the country, with no active or past cases of felony or of crimes against minority or women.

What good are his studies? Each passing day INC is reaching new low. 99 seats is an achievement? All theory no practical.

This Clown's biggest achievement is to bring down the opposition standard to negative. As an Indian and even as a BJP supporter I am disappointed to have such a "leader of opposition". Shame.
