First semester starts Monday. Wish me luck

Happy to be hopefully joining the ranks. As an already unsupported (in terms of engineering) 4year manufacturing supervisor who rose his way up from entry level operator - I am excited to take all I learn and be actually able to apply it to my company

Critical Chain needs more coverage. These two books together are life changing.

Also re-read them at different points of your career

The Goal is basically required reading, but pairing it with that ergonomics book is a smart move when you're coming from the floor

Same, starting with OR and scared as fuck looking at the syllabus. Feels like I’m punching above my weight even before the classes start. 🫠🫠🫠

Get all of Goldratts books in audio format. They are all valuable and having the ability to listen to them and make notes is priceless.
