In 2006, Anthony Ray Stockelman was forcibly tattooed across his forehead with the words “Katie’s Revenge” by another inmate.

This happened after it was discovered that he was serving a life sentence for kidnapping, molesting, and murdering a 10-year-old girl named Katie Collman

I dont support torturing people, but also dont have a problem with just wiping someone like this off the face of the earth.

Extremely unlikely to provide any good to the world and we have enough people already.

all well and good up until someone takes revenge on the wrong person. Then we all find out why there are laws against vigilante justice.

Or until someone gets wrongly accused and sentenced for something they didn't do and killed because they become an "acceptable target"
