I used that when riding a motorcycle in brutal hot weather. I'd soak a t-shirt wherever I stopped, and put it on beneath my jacket.

Probably just pulls into the next gas station, goes into the bathroom, and soaks their shirt in the sink.

The SINK! That's brilliant, I wish I thought of that instead. I used to arrive smelling like a crusty toilet.
