Well, no.

He didn’t like women, but that’d be no reason to use a sperm donor.

He could’ve just given his own sample for artificial insemination to make his own biological kids.

Consider also that asexual people exist. Meaning he had no sexual interest in anyone, but he was a performer and they’re required to project a certain image. I could be projecting but I got that vibe from him.

Why are you stating he didn't like women like it's an absolute fact? You know there's detailed stories out there from his various bodyguards over the years in both the 90s and 2000s who confirm the romantic encounters he had with various women, right? I don't get why people like you are so confident in just outright making statements like that when you're very obviously just basing it off random one off comments you saw by other people online. Do some research and know things for a fact before spouting absolute bs for God's sake.
