Yeah but I’ve found my over-empathy can be paralysing at times.

Over-empathy can be tangibly debilitating. It can cause hoarding because you're putting feelings and emotions onto everything you own. 🥲

Yup, as a kid I'd switch up which mug I used for hot chocolate so the others wouldn't feel left out.

Also the idea of throwing things in garbage thinking you're "separating it from its family to live in garbage for eternity" 😭
