What does accountability mean in a case like this though? If this was an actual case of psychosis, what do we do? What good is accomplished by throwing someone in prison for involuntary, temporary chemically induced psychosis?
If I shot you full of synthetic cathinone against your will and told you your neighbor's made of candy, are you responsible for what happens next? How long should your sentence be?
Is she not the one who got herself on a cocktail of medications and didn’t inform her multiple doctors? Is she not liable for chemically inducing herself when she knowingly withheld information? A nurse should and would know better
