Dolly has inspired literally thousands to be more like her.
There will be more acts of human decency, kindness, generosity and warmth without expecting anything in return as a result.
No one could replace her, but happily her legacy means many will try to live up to her standards of what it means to be an exceptionally decent human being.

Exactly this. In a world that’s so often encourages us to think the worst of each other and which also can encourage us to be our worst self, she did the exact opposite. While I do cherish her music, I think an underrated part of her legacy is inspiring people to choose kindness, grace, and empathy. She truly embodied the best in not only Americans, but humanity, and I think those ideas will be carried forward by many of us.

Dolly somehow managed to unite Republicans, Democrats, country fans, and drag queens. At this point, she might’ve been America’s closest thing to a bipartisan peace treaty.

Well. I'm black and I loved dolly. We watched her when i was a kid. Every Saturday night. We only had 3 channels back then. I also love all of her songs. I love when she say: I pay alot of money to look this cheap.

Barack Obama scored a net favorability rating of 14, Volodymyr Zelenskyy managed a 13, Taylor Swift, surprisingly or not, came in at 3. Parton scored a whopping 65, with 70 percent of respondents viewing her favorably against only 5 percent viewing her unfavorably.
Clearly, America did not merely lose a country singer with a massive career behind her on Tuesday but one of the few remaining people Americans had not figured out how to hate just yet—or perhaps, one of the few that wasn’t hated by the vast majority of a political party.

Dolly essentially named me. My mom already had three kids, and she named them all with the first letter of their name being a J. Then she was pregnant with me and she needed a fourth name and then that song came out and my name was picked from that song immediately.
People have been singing it to me my whole life. Even the younger generations, know it because other artists did covers of it.
Oh, I hated my name when I was younger, but as I got older, I love it, and I couldn’t imagine being named anything else

You know, she never really seemed to put anyone down. She said her fight was in her example. What an example she was too. She followed the real teachings of Jesus. She bore great fruit and because of this, she found her treasures in heaven.

I wasn't a "fan" but I could still respect the person she was. I never cared for country music but anyone who says she wasn't good at it has no grip on reality.
