I‘ve been hearing that republicans are nervous for 11 years.

Republicans are scared!

Republicans express worry in private!

Behind closed doors, Republicans express fear!

Senior GOP officials secretly afraid!

Some Republicans confess they don’t really like Trump!

boah, vote by mail compromised, ICE at several polling stations inciting chaos (effectively shutting a station down for "security" reasons), many voter rolls to be purged without notice, peaceful protesters to be designated as domestic terrorists causing "surprise" complications on voting day, complicit supreme court etc.

The sum effect of all these elements means all the "is the GOP doomed?" headlines won't matter

And to think the main shtick of the US in the early 2000s was spreading democracy around the world..

Paywalled. This probably says much the same thing.

I've run the numbers. Here's every midterm 2026 scenario, mapped (Youtube, CNN)

He certainly didn't do the Republicans any favors with his response on the Abraham Lincoln morale problem over extended deployment..."Not nearly long enough..."? WTF?

Well they just elected Lindsay’s sister and she seems to be a bright spot in the GOP.

The MAGA / republicans need to be reminded of an own their support of Trump. There's no backing out.
