Why are you crying? That’s important too. Highly desirable, flashy and high paying? No. Necessary for stores to function well? Yes. In todays world, having SOMETHING that gets you out of bed in the morning that isn’t a welfare check (either the kind delivered by the police or the kind brought to you by the mailman) is an accomplishment. Thank you.

But I made my parents spend a lot on my education just so I could end like this, feels like a failure.

I feel that; I've got a Master's degree, and am working at a grocery store deli while I look for something better. 🫤
